There is no sign up fee, no monthly fee, or commission for webmasters posting their projects.

Because we take care of both our webmasters and programmers. Freelance Web Programming makes every effort possible to assure the successful operation of its marketplace. Bids and message boards are monitored daily to assure that all members are complying to all rules and regulations. Webmasters and Programmers are always encouraged to complete reviews for projects once they are complete.

How Do I Communicate With Programmers?
|
|
There is only two ways you may communicate with programmers. Select a programmer for your project. Once you have selected a programmer for your project you will be emailed with the programmers email address. The second way is posting message to our message board. You may post questions and answers to programmers that are interested in your project. DO NOT post your email address to the message board. Freelance Web Programming has a script policy of members participating in acts to avoid commission fee's.

How Do I Create A Project?

Simply login to your account and click on create project.
|

What If I'm Not Sure What Language To Use For My Project?
|
|
Just select "I Don't Know" option for language when you are creating your project. Programmers will then suggest a programming language that will satisfy your projects requirements.

Can I Set A Budget?
|
|
Yes, you may set a maximum budget for your projects. All bids require a budget to be set. This allows programmers to make a realistic decision if they want to accept your project.

Can I Modify My Project?
|
|
No. You cannot modify your project. You may freeze your project. Freezing your project will not allow any new bids to be placed for your project. You can also delete your project IF your project has not closed.

How Do I Pay A Programmer?
|
|
This is left to you and the programmer to negotiate. Freelance Web Programming recommends PayPal to transfer funds when the project is complete.
